A playcenter provides play therapy for ill children at the hospital. A playcenter would have toys, coloring books, puzzles etc for the children. For more information, please read the project proposal. Organization Description: ASHIC foundation was established in 1994 and has been carrying out many successful programs in Bangladesh. In 1997, ASHIC established a play center at the pediatric ward of the Dhaka Medical College Hospital. The first of its kind in the country, the center is open to all children in the ward but provides special privileges to cancer-affected children.
